60-Second Quiz

Which audit is right for you?

Answer four questions. Get a clear recommendation.

What's going on?
I am paying for tools every month that I barely use and I am tired of it
I use my tools but I am not sure I am getting everything out of them that I should be
I feel like everyone else has figured out something I have not yet
How many subscriptions is your business currently running?
Fewer than 5
Between 5 and 10
More than 10 — and honestly I have lost count
When this gets fixed, what do you need most?
Tell me what to keep, what to cut, and what to change
Go deeper with me — I need someone to really dig in
Give me a plan I can hand off and actually execute
What would make the biggest difference for you?
Knowing which tools actually fit my business
Learning how to get more out of what I already have
Both — because I know changes are coming either way

The Audit in Action

Sally is a therapist in private practice. She came to me wanting to start automating parts of her practice — she had already identified the tool she wanted to use. The problem was that tool required a computer she did not have, and buying one was not in the budget.

She thought the question was whether she could afford a new laptop.

I reframed it for her. The real question is not whether she should buy a new laptop just to use that tool. It is whether that tool can justify the cost of the laptop.

If what she automates saves her the same amount or more than the laptop costs, it pays for itself. Otherwise no.

That is the audit. I do not just look at your tools. I look at whether your tools are earning their place in your business.

What People Say

The work speaks.

I'm not technical, and have spent a lot of money on consultants to get my back office up and running, but something wasn't right. Tamara sat with me to understand my business and customers, and walked me through how I could resolve my pain points with technology and operational tweaks. I'm way less reliant on consultants and am able to delegate to staff now.

Working with Tamara is different from working with a typical consultant. She understands the technology and the people side of implementation. That combination is rare.

About Tamara Baptiste

I am that person.

I love finding new tools, exploring what they can do, and sometimes I go off the deep end — too many subscriptions doing the same thing, tools I stopped using, and if I am being honest, things I forgot I was even paying for.

You know those bank services that scan your account and flag all your subscriptions? The audit does that. But it goes deeper. Because you work hard enough. What you do not need is your tools working against you or your budget.

Questions

Before you go further.

What is a Tech Stack Audit?
A Tech Stack Audit is a structured review of every software subscription and tool your business is currently running. It identifies what is working, what is costing you money without delivering value, and what is creating risk or overlap in your operations. You receive a written report and a clear action plan.
Who is the Tech Stack Audit for?
It is for small and mid-sized business owners who are paying for tools that are not delivering results, unsure whether their current software setup is working efficiently, or ready to make changes but not sure where to start. It applies to any business that runs on software, regardless of industry.
How much does it cost?
The Snapshot starts at $197 for a one-hour review and written report. The Full Audit is $897 for deeper analysis including staff interviews. The Strategic Roadmap is $2,500 and includes a 90-day implementation plan. A free strategy call is available for the Strategic Roadmap tier.
What happens after I pay?
You receive a link to complete your intake form immediately after payment. Once you submit the form, you can book your first meeting. Your first available slot is 5 business days from form submission, giving Tamara time to review your intake before the call.
How long does the audit take?
From payment to report delivery, most Snapshot audits are completed within 10 to 14 business days. Full Audit and Strategic Roadmap engagements vary based on scheduling and complexity.
